Experience shows that it is often most effective to write an email, if it references to products or the like. That way we can investigate before we get back to you. We promise you an answer within 24 hours.

Then check that all information is correct. Then read and accept our conditions. When you accept the terms you agree to our reservations for printing errors, sold out products and any discrepancies in the descriptions / pictures. All contracts can be read in English.



If you have requests for items that are not on the page, you are always more than welcome to contact us.

All prices on the website are including VAT and other taxes. The prices are current prices. There is no option to view previous orders with a login option on the website. If you wish to receive a new copy of your order confirmation or invoice, you can always send us an email and we will resend this to you as soon as possible.


At, orders be paid by credit card, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron and JCB completely free of charge!

You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system, which we of course use. You are thus better protected than in the physical world where you have a deductible of 1200 kr when your credit card is abused using your pin code. The data you submit in connection with purchases is paid with a credit card is encrypted (SSL) and it is only PBS that can read them. Neither or anyone else can read the data.

The price for the product(s) is charged only when the product(s) are sent from, in accordance with the law. We can never charge an amount greater than what you have approved upon purchase.



All products from are sent as a package - freight is always FREE. You will automatically receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.

If the product is in stock, it will be shipped the same day if the order is completed before 14:00 - otherwise the goods will be shipped the next working day, unless otherwise stated or agreed. If the item is not in stock you will be informed of the expected delivery date. This delivery time varies from watch to watch and you will always see the estimated delivery time for the product description. Remember that the delivery time is an estimate, so there may be some coincidences that make this delivery time on rare occasions be exceeded.


You always have 90 days to cancel when you shop at Right of withdrawal runs from the day you receive your product. The right may only be exercised if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal lapses if you use the product in a way which obviously reduces the sales value significantly. The packaging (in the form of gift box or similar) must not be damaged, as this is part of the product value. After the right of withdrawal is exploited you must pay the postage to send the product back. The product can be sent to:

You can also cancel by refusing to accept the goods at the post office or drop it off in person at the above address (by prior arrangement). If you refuse delivery of the package without prior agreement, the return freight will be offset against the amount we will refund to you. When you regret your purchase (by appointment), the full purchase price is of course refunded to you. This is done by a crediting by the same payment method that you used when ordering. This happens as soon as possible after we have received the product and verified that it meets the rules for right of withdrawal. It is therefore important that we are informed of your order number at the return to speed up the process.

Please note - we do not receive packages sent by COD. When purchasing watches the intact original packaging  is always an essential part of the product value. The packaging (e.g. gift box) should always be sent with the return, for the conditions of withdrawal to be met.


When you shop at you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. This of course conditions that the claim is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior. There must be given within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. We will refund reasonable freight costs that you may have in connection with returning the product when the claim is justified.

When you wish to complain about a product, it must be sent to our service center, please always contact us in advance for further info. When you return the product, please provide description of the error. It is not a requirement, but it eases our treatment and minimizes the time of the complaint. Remember to send the product back in good packaging and get a receipt for shipment, so that we may refund your expenses.

You have these rights in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and requests related to this is sent to Watches365 via mail.

Watches365 has existed since 2006 and is owned by Uniwatches ApS (DK34041780), making us one of the oldest web shops with watches. We are a very dynamic team who want to help to put our mark on this industry. We think innovatively every day so that we can help to create one of the most modern and user-friendly web shops in watches. Our specialty is selling watches from known and reputable manufacturers - including Seiko, Citizen and Casio. The watches are imported from authorized dealers - and then resold to the customer. In some cases we are even authorized dealer of the brand which in this case will appear on the brand page here on 

The prices here on the site

You may wonder how we can sell watches cheaper than larger stores? The answer is really quite simple: watches are imported and then sold directly to you. The watches are imported from dealers outside the usual channels, this method results in that the watches can be sold cheaper to you. Watches365 have no expensive and flashy physical shop - this is another one of the reasons that the cost per watch is minimized. Therefore watches are sold at prices much lower than what many other vendors can match.

We have over the years built up a very solid supplier base. This means that you obviously can find the major brands such as Seiko, Casio and Citizen and a host of others, so there should be something for everyone. 
You can be absolutely sure that all the watches here on the site are 100% original. Watches365 use regular suppliers who are authorized dealers in their respective countries and this helps to ensure us guaranteeing that the watches are okay. All watches come in original packaging. All watches sold through Watches365 come with a warranty card - warranty period depends on the manufacturer.
